Resume : An ice-cream run to Dolores Park ends with a surprise flavour, but you can’t dwell: Things are changing at work, and you need to decide where you stand. Abigail helps with a trip to a surprising authority.

Abigail : You emerge from the tree lien to see— a large eucalyptus log with a tiny door carved into it.
– “So that’s where you live!” Neutral
– “Tell me we’re not going inside.”
– “Are you Snow White?”
Abigail : You write it down, and offer it up to the faery in the tree.
– “That’s dumb.”
– “I don’t know…”
– “Worth a shot.” You’re a believer. Abigail appreciates it.

That last option didn’t come up when I chose the pagoda. We just had a mini picnic and waited for the storm to finish.
At the park with Mishel, I ran into Jaime and Chela, seems like they’re giving it a try again. Then on Monday, Celeste calls me into her office and offers to recommend me for a full time permanent position to Benji, as he plans on hiring some of the interns. If you take celeste up on her offer instead of asking what’s the catch, she tells you a more cynical person may say the timing is quite odd in light of Abigail coming forward, and that benji is planning on taking the company public soon, and that bad press would certainly ruin the company image. Then says she’s not cynical herself, but that someone like me might want to consider if this job is worth pursuing. If you ask celeste if Abigail knows about it, you learn she’s in a meeting with benji right now.
You run into Abigail when you leave celeste’s office, and you decide to meet in the kitchen to talk about her meeting with benji. She tells you he asked her how to improve the culture in the company and that he’d sound her ideas at the next board meeting, and lets her know she’s as potential candidate for a full time job. I tell her that it sounds fishy for the reasons above, Abigail agrees that it sounds like a trap (by filing a complaint then accepting the job, it means what happened wasn’t “that bad” because who would choose to work in a bad environment?) and that we’d have to think seriously about this.
Then you meet Abigail at GG park for the faery tree. If you choose to run for the pagoda in the rain, she shares her apple and some almonds with you while you wait for the storm to pass.
