Felix : I barely know Zetta Serda, but Lawrence cares for her, deeply. You’re not going to hurt her, are you?

Dottie : How’s that going? She’s a real interesting character.

Dottie : Lately she and that baron are thick as thieves. He’s either stuck to her side or playing cards in the smoking lounge.
– “I met him. He’s an oaf.” Neutral

Dottie : We all thought Zetta as so clever for getting engaged to a director. But maybe she’d prefer being a baroness over making a comeback?
– “Is she cheating?”

Sabine : It is hardly a good morning. Madam Zetta’s party is two days away and you have done nothing to organize it!
– “I’ve been very busy.”
– “Please help me?” You respected Sabine’s skills. She will remember that.
– “You should do it!”

Sabine : This will be your canvas. It must be a masterpiece.
– “This is important to you, isn’t it?” Neutral
– “Have I let you down before?”
– “A masterpiece? You’re joking?”

[…] : Sabine shrugs and turns to me for a decision.
– “You decide, Sabine.” Neutral
– “Let’s go with all-out luxury!”
– “We need elegance.” Neutral

Sabine : Now I must only press Madam’s clothes, plan her beauty regime, and decide what to do with Mimi. That dog is endless trouble.
– “You’re very close to Zetta, I think.” Neutral
– “It’s nice, working with you.” Neutral
– Pry into Zetta’s history.

Lena : Not before coming aboard. Lady Duff-Gordon told me he’s not good marriage material–too young for me, anyway. Why?
– “It’s about him and Zetta…” Neutral

Zetta : You survived dinner last night, huh? I wondered if you got trampled in the hunt for Mimi.
– “It was a ball!”
– “You won’t lose me that easily.” Neutral

James : No? I’ll make it interesting. Sabine–give your cue to Adele.
– “How kind, James.”
– “Sorry to cut in, Sabine.” Neutral
– “I don’t really play…” Neutral

James : I hope you’ve made some progress–getting me what I need to break Zetta’s engagement.
– “Calm down, I’m working on it.” Neutral
– “The baron’s a possibility.” Neutral
– Shh! I’m concentrating.”

[…] : I heft the cue in my hands, take a deep breath and…
– Go for the throat. Neutral
– Play defensively.
– Throw the game.

[…] : Zetta pushes a curl f hair back–somehow making the gesture sensual, even while playing shuffleboard–and swings her cue.
– Refuse to watch.
– Pray she wins.
– Distract her! Neutral

Zetta : No. Thank you, Adele. You made the match more interesting.
– “Winning feels… strange.”
– “The Baron’S a good partner, eh?” Neutral
– See if she’ll take about James.

Zetta : Ah, I was just testing you. I don’t like whiners and weaklings, but you’ve got fire. I think you can handle me.
– “You’re talking about the job?” You keep it professional. Zetta will remember that.
– “But can you handle me?”
– ” I know I can.” You were confident. Zetta will remember that.

Lena : What do you think he’s up to? Could he hurt Zetta?
– “I need to find out.” Neutral
– “He’s using her somehow.” Neutral
– “It could be nothing

Lena : And I want to help you too. Something’s bothering you, and I owe it to you to do my part. It’s the cabinmate’s code!
– “Thank you, Lena.” Neutral
– “This could be dangerous.” Neutral
– “That’s… not a real thing.”

Lena : Who were you thinking could get him out of the lounge?
– “Charlie’s a capable man.”
– “Matteo can be very convincing.” Neutral

Matteo : …arrangement, shall we say, with my master?
– “What else would I come for?” Neutral
– “Can’t say.”
– “Ultimately. Yes, it’s for James.” Neutral

Lena : Where I’ll be waiting. Adele, the Baron can’t see you. So… wait in our cabin? I’ll find out what I can and meet you there.
– “Be careful, Lena.” Neutral
– “Have fun… but not too much.”
– “Stay focused.”

Lena : He’s a con man. A fraud. No gentleman at all.
– “I knew it!” Neutra
– “He’s after Zetta’s money.” Neutral
– “We can’t be certain.”

Lena : You have to warn Zetta.
– “Agreed.”
– Turn away in silence.
– Embrace her. Neutral
